Our trust has changed rapidly since it first started in 2012 but throughout the changes the heart of this trust remains the same. We are a values-led organisation where every member of our team believes in the life changing power of education and the absolute commitment we make to every single young person in our care. Our trust has an energetic and passionate approach to ensuring our commitment to high expectations for all.
We work together as one trust to achieve our aims, and our values led culture is one of humility and humanity; in the knowledge that the most effective way to impact our students is to ensure that every member of our teams has the best environment to thrive, excel and innovate.
The purpose of any Multi Academy Trust is to ensure the high standards of now and assure ourselves of the standards in the future by building systems and culture on top of strong governance. Our trust is built on strong foundations of moral governance and with the now and the future in mind.
We see our trust as setting the standards in moral and values-based leadership within the sector and as actors within the sector, we take our role seriously to innovate, problem solve and share our best practice beyond our walls.
Whilst we celebrate our achievements and successes, we consider our work is never done and we will continue to strive to ensure the very best education for every child and every family. It is a privilege to lead this trust and one that I do not take lightly.
